Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens, and plans can change. To help me serve all of my clients effectively, I request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours or no-shows incur a 50% service scheduled cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a 100% no show fee will be charged.
Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and a late fee may apply.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
It’s rare for people to miss appointments. I only get paid when you show up. When you cancel last minute or within 48 hours it’s rare to fill the spot. Most people prebook appointments or plan in advance. I appreciate the ones who have honored these policies and have truly only cancelled when an emergency, sickness based. I couldn’t have gotten this far without you all showing up!!
